Grill Clips Take the Pain Out of Grilling Veggies [Stuff We Like]

Grill Clips Take the Pain Out of Grilling VeggiesVegetables—particularly those of the small and/or skinny variety—aren’t the easiest to grill. Sur La Table offers a solution in the form of Grill Clips. You just clips a bunch of items to you want cook together, toss them on the grill, and you can easily remove them when they’re done.

What’s also nice is that the clips kind of double as a measuring device, as each one holds about a single portion of veggies. You can just grill them and hand them off to one person, much like you would with a burger or hot dog. Each set has four clips, so you’ve got enough of them to handle multiple portions at the same time.

Darwin Briefcase BBQ Is a Portable Grill That Brings the Cookout Anywhere You Take It [Stuff We Like]

Darwin Briefcase BBQ Is a Portable Grill That Brings the Cookout Anywhere You Take ItIt’s grilling season, especially with the Fourth of July just around the corner, but that’s not terribly exciting if you don’t own a grill. Whether there’s no place at home or you need to take it with you, the Darwin Briefcase BBQ can help you out. Your cookout can go anywhere that fits a small box.

The Briefcase BBQ is small, portable, and triangular. This has its obvious upsides, but it comes with a downside, too: there’s not a lot of room to grill. That said, you can still fit about three or four burgers on it at once which is a pretty reasonable amount of space. You’ll need to bring your own tools, too, but for those grill-less parties or homes that just accommodate a proper unit, this is the way to go.
