Vegetables—particularly those of the small and/or skinny variety—aren’t the easiest to grill. Sur La Table offers a solution in the form of Grill Clips. You just clips a bunch of items to you want cook together, toss them on the grill, and you can easily remove them when they’re done.

What’s also nice is that the clips kind of double as a measuring device, as each one holds about a single portion of veggies. You can just grill them and hand them off to one person, much like you would with a burger or hot dog. Each set has four clips, so you’ve got enough of them to handle multiple portions at the same time.
